- Apple Health access can be reviewed in iPhone Settings under Health access for TrainFed.
- Nutrition and wellness targets are editable estimates for general wellness, not medical advice.
- You can delete your account and associated data from Profile → Privacy and data inside the app.
- For sign-in trouble, tell us whether you used email, Apple, or guest mode.
